I was able to book an appointment online for the same morning. They were kind, welcoming, and efficient. Both the medical assistant, Ariel, and the doctor, Gary Cooper, listened and took the time needed. Positive experience for sure.

Very well run with helpful, caring and knowledgeable staff. Yes, it is busy and waits can be long but they triage and do it very well.

MedStop has been my go‑to urgent care for several years, and I’ve always appreciated their providers and services. I want to reaffirm that recommendation today. After I shared a concern about billing, the doctor personally reached out, listened, and helped resolve the concern. I’m grateful for the extra care and attention they showed. Thank you to the MedStop team for going the extra mile in patient service and care.

Dr. Lyon was and is fantastic. Listened carefully and gave me several options. Would highly reccomend Med Stop. It was pretty busy , most likely due to the great care given here.

From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly and professionally from front desk to the awesome EKG Technician to the doctor. I got in right when they opened and didn't have to wait long at all to be seen and taken care of. It was really a great experience to be treated so well. Thank you all so much for your care!

Staff was compassionate, understanding, and patient. So glad they were open on Sunday! Dr. Weber was professionalknowledgeable and very sympathetic, he performed extra testing and wsent us to Emergency, Very unexpected, but so thankful!

My experience with SLO Urgent Care was a breath of fresh air. From my phone call to ask about visiting, speaking with Leah who suggested I could check-in online, to being helped again by Leah upon arrival, I only had to wait a short time to see Ariel, who took my vitals and chatted about my problem. Then I waited a bit more and was helped by Kyle who diagnosed my situation and prescribed an antibiotic and sent me on my way to the pharmacy. I felt well taken care of by every person who helped me. I was given the opportunity to tell my story and I felt that everyone cared about me and wanted to make me feel better. My sincere thanks go to the staff at SLO Urgent Care.

The staff get 5 stars. They were caring, empathetic, and had wonderful bedside manors. The review is getting 4 stars because I made an appt. But unfortunately, it didn’t matter. Still waited 45 mins. They have a new check in system that isn’t easy to use

I love the doctors here I've been here for a slapped here he was right on with his diagnosis and x-rays I appreciate that it was what was confirmed with mri months later. I've been here probably once every two years in last ten. Always super care. Very experienced doctors. I love their efficiency and expertise.
