Very polite, efficient, and helpful.

Had a cough that was keeping me up at night. Did not know if it was in my lungs. The doctor was excellent and quickly figured out my problem

Front desk was timely and kind. Dr. Ashley very kind and efficient and knowledgeable.

Everybody here is consistently amazing! My complaint today is that the person taking the nasal swabs and chest x-rays was in a rush. I told him that I just had shoulder surgery and be careful with my shoulder and he went ahead and put his hands on my elbows and push them forward without my permission while my back was to him. I sensed his frustration with me and I’m sure he sent my frustration with him. I provided him with the feedback of please ask permission before you push or put your hands on me. He replied I thought that’s what I had done. I said you said to me ,”I’m putting my hands on you to move you while at the same time you put your hands on me to move me. that’s not the same thing I was asking permission and waiting for a response. My shoulder now hurts.

They did an amazing job tonight, kind, respectful and quick!

I was able to book an appointment online for the same morning. They were kind, welcoming, and efficient. Both the medical assistant, Ariel, and the doctor, Gary Cooper, listened and took the time needed. Positive experience for sure.

Very well run with helpful, caring and knowledgeable staff. Yes, it is busy and waits can be long but they triage and do it very well.

Dr. Lyon was and is fantastic. Listened carefully and gave me several options. Would highly reccomend Med Stop. It was pretty busy , most likely due to the great care given here.

From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly and professionally from front desk to the awesome EKG Technician to the doctor. I got in right when they opened and didn't have to wait long at all to be seen and taken care of. It was really a great experience to be treated so well. Thank you all so much for your care!

Staff was compassionate, understanding, and patient. So glad they were open on Sunday! Dr. Weber was professionalknowledgeable and very sympathetic, he performed extra testing and wsent us to Emergency, Very unexpected, but so thankful!
